And so with that responsibility placed upon us, we are always on the lookout for amazing talent and skilled media designers. For the right candidate(s), we also provide paid training. We are looking for artistic individuals with the skills and qualities below.

Job Positions

We are always looking to work with new photographers as well as seasoned. The only caveat we have is to provide your own professional equipment. If you are already a working photographer, we contract out work as well when available.

Lucid Perspective Photographers should be able to perform the following:

> Market and advertise services to attract clients
> Analyze and decide how to compose a subject
> Use various photographic techniques and equipment
> Capture subjects in commercial-quality photographs
> Enhance the subject’s appearance with natural or artificial light
> Use photo enhancing software
> Maintain a digital portfolio, often on a website, to demonstrate work
Videographers should be able to provide their own professional equipment and meet and collaborate for video shoots.

Lucid Perspective Videographers are expected to perform the following:

> Shoot and record television programs, motion pictures, music videos, documentaries, or news and sporting events
> Organize raw film footage into a continuous whole
> Collaborate with client to determine the overall vision of the production
> Discuss filming and editing techniques with a director to improve a scene
> Select the appropriate equipment, from the type of lens to the appropriate lighting
> Shoot or edit a scene based on the director/client’s vision
Branding/marketing personnel will develop programs to generate interest in a product, service or individual. They must work well with bringing clients’ visions to market and raising brand awareness via social media and other platforms.

Lucid Perspective Branding/Marketing personnel will be expected to:

> Work with department heads and/or clients to discuss marketing and branding plans, and the selection of advertising media
> Plan advertising and promotional campaigns to include which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboards
> Negotiate advertising contracts
> Evaluate the look and feel of websites, designs and art used in campaigns or layouts
> Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses
> Meet with clients to provide marketing or technical advice
Web Designer/Developer
Must be proficient in the designing and creation of websites. Responsible for the site’s technical aspects, such as performance, capacity and hosting technologies and vendors. Must be able to create content per client’s specifications and conduct routine maintenance of content/functionality.

Lucid Perspective Web Designers/Developers are expected to perform the following:

> Meet with clients or management to discuss the needs of the website and the expected needs of the website’s audience and plan how it should look
> Write code for the site where applicable, using programming languages such as HTML or XML
> Understand web hosting technologies and vendors and work with client to present best options
> Work with other team members to determine what information the site will contain
> Work with graphics and other designers to determine the website’s layout
> Integrate graphics, audio, and video into the website
Graphic Designers
Must be proficient in combining art and technology to communicate ideas through images and the layout of websites and printed pages. Must be able to use a variety of design elements to achieve artistic or decorative effects.

Lucid Perspective Graphic Designers are expected to perform the following:

> Meet with clients to determine the scope of a project
> Advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience
> Determine the message the design should portray
> Create images that identify a product or convey a message
> Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites
> Select colors, images, text style, and layout
> Present the design to clients
> Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
> Review designs for errors before printing or publishing
